Hi, I'm Devon, the founder of Devotion Skin Spa. After more than a decade in education, I discovered a new passion in helping others care for themselves through skincare. While my career has changed, my purpose remains the same: helping people feel confident, supported, and empowered. At Devotion Skin Spa, I believe healthy skin is built through consistency, education, and personalized care—not quick fixes. My goal is to create a welcoming space where every client feels seen, heard, and cared for while working together toward lasting results. CANCELLATION POLICY
At Devotion Skin Spa, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because each service is customized and time-blocked in advance, we kindly ask that you respect the time commitment required to provide you with the highest level of care. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 20% of the scheduled service fee Late Arrivals Arriving late may shorten your service time in order to respect the schedule of other clients. Full service fees still apply. No-Show Policy Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged for the full service amount and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
